Velcom mobile operator asked Bamboo apps to create self-care app to reduce the number of visits and calls to their service centres. The app grown step by step within 3 years. As the result, we created a mobile platform where users were allowed to check and replenish mobile balance, change tariff plans, control the number of megabytes, SMS and MMS left. We also added movie and music libraries available for subscribers. And developed a roaming planner which helped users to control their mobile spendings during trips.
